Biography
Brian McInerney is the Senior Hydrologist for the National Weather Service’s Weather Forecast Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has held this position for 29 years and oversees the water supply, flash flood, debris flow, and climate change programs. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Montana in Forest Hydrology, and an undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota. He originally hails from Chicago, Illinois, and currently resides in Park City, Utah.
